Job Title: PMO
Immediate to 15 days Joiners Acceptable.
Position Purpose
As a PMO you will be expected to
- Produce, gather, monitor and present in a comprehensive way to management level BAU and Programs KPI such that cost, FTE/Capacity, quality, plan, time, deviations on these KPI
- Organize and participate to some meetings for the Domains heads: preparation of documents, meeting minutes
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to prepare the above
- Document the different actions
The role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Work with Domain Heads, Divisions heads and Project Managers to oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed
- Follow up on the recruitment process
- Prepare regular status reporting
- Prepare various program and project committee
- Build, Monitors and manages dashboard or reports defined with Management
- Raise alerts
Responsibilities
Qualification & Experience:
- Min 5 years of experience as Project Manager or PMO within banking industry
- Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly or excellent proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Proactive, positive attitude and desire to work as a team and help project team to achieve its objectives.
- Experience in project and team budgeting process
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependency
Plus
- Experience and knowledge in Clarity and Anaplan software tool is a plus
- Wealth Management domain knowledge
Budget is 5 LPA only, 30% hike Max
4+ Years Experience
Immediate to 15 days Joiners Preferred, max- Notice Period
