Job Description

-Counselors are responsible for helping young people in building a career
-Counselors are meant to build a relationship of mutual trust and respect with
Students.
-Listening to all Student concerns, empathizing and helping them to see things more
clearly or in a different way.
-Counselors serve as a support apparatus that enhances the growth of young people
both as individuals and equally as professionals.
-Give guidance to walk-ins based on their requirement.
-Stay professional and ask questions to the candidates to understand their
requirements and close the deal.
-Effective communicator with good counseling skills.
-Knowledgeable and well versed with all the courses that we offer.
-Shall go an extra mile to meet the expected Intakes.
-Must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.
-Must discuss every matter with the Branch Manager for their suggestions and
advice.
-Send Daily reports on walk-ins.
-Creating students' references and passing good word of mouth to enhance the good
will of the Institution.
-Punctual and strictly adhering to the Timeline for completing the given tasks.
