Role Description

- Support students in making informed academic and career decisions aligned with their interests and abilities.
Act as a guide and mentor throughout a students academic journey.

- Help students understand course structures, academic requirements, and institutional policies.

- Address academic challenges and provide solutions to improve performance and confidence.

- Serve as a link between students, faculty, and administration to ensure academic success.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for academic and career guidance.

- Assess students academic performance, interests, and goals to provide personalized advice.

- Assist students with admissions, course selection, and academic planning.

- Monitor student progress and recommend interventions when required.

- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student data.
