We are hiring for Netapp - Technical Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

6+ years of relevant experience as storage support engineer to provide remote support for client NAS/SAN storage architecture, with specific exposure to Virtualized environments using VMWare.

• Required to be self-motivated, analytical, able to work independently and lead a team, proactive and willing to analyze problems and identify areas of improvement.
• The Storage Administrator is responsible for working with clients, vendors, IT personnel, and end users to address Storage and Backup problems. Must Have Hands on experience on NetApp cluster mode.
• Good knowledge of CIFS and NFS provisioning and permission management.
• Hands on experience on replication setup and capable of handling snapvault.
• Proficient in Snapmirror, Snapvault, and Snapshots
• Good Knowledge of NetApp tool such as OCPM, OCUM, system manager.
• Good understanding of CIFS and NFS protocols
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred experience on Virtual NetApp (ONTAP select)
• Capable of performing activities such as DR, restore, logs collection etc.
• Excellent written & communication skills
