Job Description
Vuesol is looking for a potential HR Executive having a proven experience in handling end to end HR Activities.
Job Title - HR Executive
Experience - 0 to 2 years
Job Location - Hi-tech City, Hyderabad
Job Type - Full Time ( No Remote / No WFH)
Shift - Night (EST Working Hours)
NOTE: This is completely onsite opportunity and there will be no Work From Home. Also permanent Night Shift (US EST Time Zone).
Job Description:
- Aggressive recruiting strategy for filling the open positions with the less turn around time.
- Proven communication skills, email writing skills and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office for drafting letters, agreements, policies etc.
- Engage with all the employees and proactively identify and address areas where trust can be built.
- Assisting the HR Team in onboarding formalities.
- Maintaining the employee documents.
- Updating the Workforce Management System and HRMS.
- Prior experience in US Staffing Industry will be an additional advantage.
Desired Candidate :
- Should display ownership of their work and ensure that deliverables are completed achieving TAT with quality
- Should be enough creative, innovative and proactive in identifying the candidate across all available platforms.
- Proven ability to handle diversified people with utmost patience levels.
Required Skills:
Must have a GOOD COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
Must have a good attitude
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
