Qualification:- B.Tech/ Diploma Civil
Location:-Mukeria (Punjab)
Experience:-6+ Years
Candidates should have experience on Railways Projects(RUB, Structure, Majob Bridge, Retaining Wall).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Contract Management including close coordination with client, Suppliers & Sub Contractors.
- Planning the entire work execution, Control and monitoring to ensure timely completion,
- Planning for resource management including Staff, Materials, Cash flow and Site Management
- Project scheduling and review of program on MS Project / Primavera.
- Preparation and periodic review of project budget.
- Monitoring of Cost & Revenue and knowledge of Cost Control
- Knowledge of Railway Civil, P-Way (Track),Bridge Designing.
- Knowledge of Steel girder, I girder and PSC slab..
- Knowledge of Project Construction including process of Traffic Blocks/Power Blocks,
- Providing technical inputs for method statements of construction.
- Knowledge of Quality aspects related to Railway and equivalent Indian Specifications
- Implementation of the Quality Management Processes
- Implementation of Safety, Health and Environment measures as per company policy
- Review and Monitoring of bills for payments
- Subcontract Management and Tendering for awarding contracts to subcontractors.
- Coordination with Head office, Client, Staff and Sub Contractors
- Knowledge of Procurement Management and Implementing effective procurement process
- Knowledge of Store-Inventory Management
Hands on in all kinds of heavy equipment/machines used in railway and civil works and different relevant software.
