Open Position - Sr. Manager of Revenue Integrity
Job Location - Hyderabad
Qualification - Any Graduate
Requirement:
Preferably a masters degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
Minimum 10 Years of experience preferably in CDM/Revenue Cycle/US Healthcare Billing
Minimum 5 Years of experience in managing US Healthcare Billing, Charging or Other Revenue Cycle Functions
Experience working with the EMR applications such as EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, etc.
Job Description:
- This position will oversee PrimEras Revenue Integrity operations
- This position will also collaborate with other stakeholders and process owners to ensure that the RIT operations are scaled to support other operations such as Patient Access, HIM, Coding, PFS and Denial Management
- To ensure compliance with CMS, health plans, and other internal policies
- To provide direction and leadership to the local RIT; and the end users for the RIT operations assuring continuous improvement and transition towards value-based reimbursement
- To integrate with clinical departments to guide and educate the end users on correct charge capture, coding and billing processes
- To implement annual, quarterly and other updates from the CMS and other payors
- To analyze, develop and implement payor specific charging strategies and update the CPT/HCPCS, Revenue Codes, Modifiers, etc. as per the payor requirement
- Deployment and maintenance of all the revenue integrity tools contracted by the organization
- To frequently analyze the revenue cycle operations and; plan, develop and implement new strategies to maximize the revenue
- To monitor the organizations AR performance by reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual AR reports. Also, to perform AR modeling and suggest optimization changes in the organizations existing policies and procedures
- To set up goals and objectives for the Revenue Integrity team and report on the teams performance to the local and corporate management
- To develop dashboards with the help of BI team to share real time/frequent updates on the revenue cycle KPIs with the management
- Develop and implement new reporting strategies to communicate revenue cycle performance to the management and provide recommendations on continuous improvement of the same
