Role & Responsibilities:
- You will primarily be responsible for processing Motor claims end-to-end right from stage of initial inspection i.e. loss assessment till claim settlement within defined TAT & quality levels.
- You will be responsible for handling & responding to customer queries, grievances, emails, outbound calls.
- You will be responsible for ensuring customers query on approval, assessment or policy coverage will be solved within defined turn around time.
- You will be responsible for handling customers query and escalation on chat, email or calls to achive customers satisfaction.
- Claims monitoring & ensuring timely closure, collaborating with cross-functional departments, vendor and workshops whenever required.
- Coordinating with surveyors or workshop for resolving customers query.
- Monitoring and highlight discrepancy found in claims processing or fraud trends identified.
- Multiple product management skills
Experience & key skills:
- Minimum 3 years of on-field experience as an in-house Surveyor whilst associated with an Insurer/Private Surveyor. Total 10-15 years of expereince.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English.
- Technical skills, must have experience of handling claims processing and detailed understanding of end to end claims life cycle (Motor claims)
- Ready to relocate to Mumbai (if located elsewhere)
