Tele Sales Associate - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Dunzo

Job Description

What you ll do:

• Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
• Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
• Maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
• Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process
• Making 80-100 calls in a day

What you ll need:

• Graduation is Mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Very strong relationship building skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
• Previous experience in inside sales as an intern preferred.
• Familiar with V lookup, H lookup, Pivot table and CRM tools would be a plus.
• Above all, a great attitude and a sense of ownership.
• Language (English Hindi Mandatory, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali Marathi would be a plus)
• Ready to work on rotational shifts
