Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Involved in end-to-end HR processes starting from the recruitment until the exit for all employees of the Retail Business. Responsible for Manpower planning and budgeting for HO and Malls.
- Responsible to develop and provide strategic and tactical HR solutions aligned with overall business strategy. Work with and formulate strategic business partnerships with the COO and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Train managers on HR processes, work with them on employee issues and talent management, performance management and retention management. Ensure pro-active employee retention strategies and activities are executed. Play a key support role in the design and implementation of the compensation strategies, compensation plans and other reward and recognition program,
- Responsible to manage and lead the mall HR managers to enable Manpower planning; Work with them closely in delivery of HR framework across all malls.
- Provide ongoing coaching and counselling to mall HODs and employees, on competency mapping, identifying the training needs. Work on employee relations issues and to enable policy adherence.
- Management support & Staff representative for HR at Head office for the retail business, working closely on Payroll, Staffing, Talent Management aligned to growth initiatives involving full life cycle of activities supporting business on key decisions.
