Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Providing support for troubleshooting, resolving calls of end user
  • Assigning tickets to proper support team being SPOC.
  • Achieving SLA by proper prioritizing, working and resolving tickets on Time Defined.
  • Providing telephonic/Mail/Chat support and remote assistance to users and data logging it on ticketing tool.
  • Troubleshooting and problem diagnostics of various Desktops from Remote Support through remotely by BMC console and Any desk application IT Support to end users.
  • Troubleshooting & Installation All Application Software like outlook, VPN, trend micro basic software installation.
  • Installing & updating of Symantec and trend micro endpoint Antivirus.
  • Monitoring the Calls / Activities & Escalations of respective Calls &s High aging calls.
  • Leading, Training & Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and recommending areas of improvements leading to productivity enhancement.
  • Taking pending Meeting call and review the pending ticket with Clients.
  • ITIL knowledge of P1 or P2 especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change management preferred

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1.5 Years -- 2 Years of IT Service Desk/Desktop Support Experience within a busy, high volume call environment
  • Strong communication skills; Excellent English (Written and spoken)
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and problem resolution skills.
  • Is understanding of and sympathetic to client requirement
  • Qualification: Graduation and above (Minimum graduation is mandatory)
