Description,

-Track record of achieving targets and aware of metrics like FRT , ART , CSAT.
-Ensured superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
-Developed reputation as an efficient service provider with high levels of accuracy.
-Described product to customers and accurately explained details.
-Answered product questions with up-to-date knowledge
-Managed wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues
-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
-Ability to multi-task between multiple platforms as and when required.
