Attaching the roles and responsibilities,
-Managing recruitment life cycle starting from Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, documentation.
-Sourcing candidates from Job Portals, Consultants, head hunting etc.
-Screening the candidates and scheduling telephonic and personal round of interviews and consequently coordinating with the hiring managers and the candidates.
-Maintaining recruitment MIS.
