Location: Al over West Bengal and Assam, Agartala
CTC: upto 6Lacs
Job Role:
Permanent job/ On - roll job
comprises of below mentioned 3 roles
Recruiter : As a recruiter Branch Manager has to build team of Agency Manager in Agency channel or Relationship Manager in Direct Channel
Coach : As a coach Branch Manager has to develop team to make them self dependent
Business Leader: As a Business Leader BM ha to towards achieving Revenue Growth, Quality of Business, Unit Profitability.
Criteria:

2) Age limit: 25 - 45 Years
3) Education:Graduate
4) Should be local resident for at least 2 years
5) Should have 2 wheeler (not required where local transport is good)
7) Experience: Min 5-9 years of Sales Exp.
8) Should have Pan Card & Aadhar Card
