JD for RPO / Volume Hiring

Managing end-to-end Recruitment Life Cycle for Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring for clients in financial services
Build sourcing strategies to identify talent through multiple channels of sourcing
Willingness to do cold calling to recruit potential applicants & familiar with social media hiring

Desired Candidate Profile

2+yrs of experience in sales volume hiring
Exposure to BFSI / Insurance hiring (Added Advantage)
Ability to network and establish professional relationships
Strong interpersonal skills
Good experience into Volume or bulk hiring supporting BFSI / Insurance clients
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
