Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Customer Master Data
We require an individual with good knowledge on Customer Master Data Management. In this role, you will be responsible Customer Setups, Amendments, and Issue resolutions in Client ERP
Responsibilities
Setup Customer Accounts in ERP
Audit documents provided for Customer Account Setup
Perform Bulk Updates on existing Customer Accounts
Credit Score Screening for Customers
Communicate with Project Manager, Project Executive, contract administrator, and field regarding missing contract and credit documents
Ensure all contract related documents are stored according to company policy and procedures and maintain detailed
Shift: UK-US Shift
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college
Ability to communicate effectively
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
BCOM Graduate
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion to understand processes & improve efficiencies
Focus on problem resolution to eliminate reoccurrence.
