Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication, verbal and written.
- Good Networking skills on Social media
- Should have flair to call and talk to new people
- Should have good presentation skills
- Ability to understand hiring needs and provide candidates on short notice
- Exposure to working on hiring portals
- Added points for resume sourcing capability beyond paid hiring portals
- Organize Employee engagement activity
Job Responsibility:
- Call and Schedule interviews.
- Hire candidates for the Sales, Marketing and Product team.
- Source candidates from Social media, references and Job portals.
- Screen Resumes and arranges the interview.
- Salary negations for the selected candidate.
- Candidate onboarding and exit formalities.
- Looking to take up additional responsibility apart from the Recruitment role.
