QUALIFICATION : Graduate 

EXPERIENCE : 7+ Years 

SALARY RANGE : 5LPA (NEGO)

MUST HAVE :

4/2 Wheeler, Personal Laptop, Passionate to work
Experience with B2B
Franchise Expansion
Willingness to travel

WORK DISCRIPTION :

• Directing and strategizing sales plan for the team members.
• Supervising team`s performance and targets
• Training the new team members, conducting group meetings and motivating to promote efficiency.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, as and when required .
• Responsible for generation revenue of their respective branch.
• Conduct marketing campaigns as and when required.
