Urgent hiring Area Sales Manager- Retail for the location Delhi/NCR, Meerut and Varanasi.
Position: Area Sales Manager
Experience: 5+Year
Location: Dlehi/NCR, Meerut and Varanasi
Summary Of Role:
Assistant Store Managers support the store manager in the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, managing inventory levels and handling any other task assigned by the store manager.
JDs:
Responsible maintaining and increasing his Area sales and coordinating daily retail store operations.
Reaching the targets and goals set for his assigned area.
Responsible to Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Responsible for Business development in term of finding new market place in his area.
Responsible for monitoring inventory and ordering merchandise based on demand.
Responsible developing sales strategies and setting targets ,Setting sales targets for individual at store level i.e Store Manager, Assist Store Manager, Cahier , Sales Staff. Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach target.
Responsible to suggest sales training programs and techniques.
Responsible for ensuring the sales team to meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Recruiting and training sales staff and also make sure all employees (Sales Staff ) adhere to companys policies and guidelines.
Responsible keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Responsible conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable.
Responsible handling customers complaints and try to resolve .
He /she will Be a Great Fit if Have
Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Practical Knowledge in MIS & stock Inventory.
Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
