Opening for Territory Manager in Export @ Arkray Healthcare

Job Description

Opening with MNC company in Export for Surat location. 

Roles -- 

Monitoring and achieving specific sales targets in the assigned territory every year.

Managing and supporting existing distributors within the territory.

Appointing new distributors, if the existing are not performing well, or not covering the company's entire portfolio.

Sales forecast based indenting and near expiry monitoring.

Co-ordinating for shipment with the commercial department.

Handling technical queries of customers/distributors and providing on-field technical support.

Product management support to customers and distributors.

Studying, tracking and managing various local and international tenders that come up within the territory.

Co-ordinating with distributors for tender participation or direct participation.

Collecting various documents from different agencies filling up the tender application forms and submitting the bid.

Distributor and customer database preparation and its update.

Co-ordinating product registration with the distributor as per MOH requirements in various countries within the territory.

Technical support and co-ordination with CSC and QC for day-to-day technical queries and

complaints from within the territory.

Samples administration within the territory.

Appointing Regional Manager in the African region.

Jointly working with Regional Managers within the territory.

Regular monitoring of the appointed Regional Manager.

Exhibition administration and event management that may come up within the territory.

Product evaluation at various regional institutes for pushing the product in the territory.

Field reporting of self and monitoring of Regional Manager.
