Job Description

Life Insurance Business Development in the assigned region
identifying and licensing part-timers/freelancers / Housewives/ Retired personnel to become advisors for the Co.
Training them on the Subject knowledge, selling skills, customer relationship.
Make them earn by increasing their business prospects.

Selection Criteria

Graduation mandatory
Age between 24 years - 32 years of age
Both Male / female sales personnel can apply.
2-4 years of sales experience in any field.
A resident of the same location
A two-wheeler with DL.
having a Good rapport among his friends' colleagues and relatives.

CTC From Rs.2.20 Lacs to Rs.2.84 Lacs plus incentives best in the industry.
