Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements for clients.
• Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus.
• Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates
• Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidate
• Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.

Ideal Profile/Applicant :

• Ability to influence and negotiate
• Strong business Intelligence and corporate Knowledge
• Working knowledge of computers
• Good Corporate Knowledge

• Any Graduate
• Any Postgraduate, Post Graduation Not Required
