Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective
-To accomplish Account opening targets, set by the superiors.
Generating leads through cold calling.
Maintain a daily talk time of 4 hours and onboard 40 Unique clients
90% availability on Dialer
Acquire 40 accounts with minimum 50% accounts with Margin
To enhance profitability of the business by ensuring cross selling of other products of the organization like mutual funds insurance, FD, IPO, PMS etc and its distribution.
Analyzing & increasing the client database and finding out the potential Client
