Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling data management.
Work closely with Marketing and sales team to help manage the customer database .
Manage database lists and tags of Customer's data on CRM.
Interaction with clients to resolve any type of queries over the mail and call.
Training, orienting & engaging clients to paid services.
Probing, identifying and resolving client issues on call.
Raising tickets for unresolved issues.
Ensuring delivery of daily & monthly targets on customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Graduate, Any Diploma, Any post graduate Should be conversation in English & Hindi Language,
Prior customersupport/Tele calling experience will be an added advantage.
Responsible for tele calling newly onboarded clients.
