Job Description

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Roles and responsibilities
Increasing Brand awareness of the company with in the community
Carrying out regular marketing and sales related activities.
Adhering to high ethical and professional standards.
Carry out effectively all the procedures like filling up Application (KYC/Check List),
documents verification (Aadhar/ Passport/DL/ Ration Card/Govt Issued Address proof-linked to
purchasing gold from the customer
Ensure that the company process is followed, set sales targets and work towards achieving them.
Developing and implementing business plans and focus on improving branch business

Skills and attitude
1.Models good leadership quality and motivates the team to perform
2.Evidence of being result oriented, consistent achievement of set targets
3.Demonstrates personal commitment to excellence by setting high standards
4.Takes initiatives to problem solve and demonstrates good team building skills
Additional related roles and skills will be added as we grow and develop, taking into consideration
changes that could occur in the field.

Kannada speaking is Mandatory

Two Wheler should be available.
