Job Description

Designation: Contact Center Associate (Chat Support)

Location: (WFH)

YOE: 1+ Years

Shift Timings: Night Shift

Relevant Exp: International Chat Support(Customer Support)


**Note: Candidate should have their own Computer**


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound chats by selling & up-selling client products and services.
  • Adapt and promote a customer-centric sales philosophy
  • Educate customers on the value and necessity of products to achieve sale
  • Model Nuances sales strategy: DRS
  • Stay current with dedicated project-related updates relating to client products, policies & procedures.
  • Understanding and helping to improve processes, offerings, promotions, pricing, etc
  • Assist customers with sales process to ensure direction of clients sale cycle.
  • Proactively present solution-based ideas to improve Nuances business plan.
  • Cultivate a brand advocate relationship with the customer to drive customer satisfaction
  • Proactively share best practices within the team.
  • Promote Cheer champion philosophy
  • Proactively volunteer/participate for new activities, focus groups, task groups, etc

DESIRED SKILLS


Technical skills

  • Must be able to accurately type minimum of 35 words per minute
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite
  • Good understanding of project-specific products and services

Behavioural skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of chat center operations required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATION:

PUC/Undergraduate/Graduate with minimum of 1 years as a Chat Specialist, preferably International Online Sales
