We are Hiring US Healthcare Recruiters (junior, mid-level, and Lead) for our Hyderabad and Guntur locations.

Work from office(Onsite)

Timings: 7.30 pm to 4.30 am (US Shift)

CAB drop facility available for female employees.

Looking for Recruiters who have experience working with Healthcare, VMS clients and have experience sourcing and staffing nurses, doctors, radiologists, pharmacists, etc

 Note: US Healthcare, US Claims and Denials, US AR calling experienced people can also apply.  

Willing to Work Night Shifts and need to work from our Office (No - work from home) and are seeking immediate Joiners

• We are looking for adaptive, result-driven individuals to join our US Staffing team
• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for our clients in the US. Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various sourcing platforms (Careerbuilder, Monster.com).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and manage candidate interactions. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into placements.
•  Must be a team player and must possess a positive attitude.
• Competent to work under pressure in a metrics-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good at reactive and proactive recruitment.
