Should have minimum 3+Years of experience as an Assistant or Secretary to the MD / Director of a Company.
Educational Qualification:- Graduates
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Answering & Directing phone calls, taking, organizing and distributing messages/correspondence.
Maintaining company schedules.
Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
Scheduling meetings and conferences.
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Organizing documents and paperwork and maintaining a filing system.
Organising & servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
Managing databases all Lists like Insurance, Credit Cards etc.
Prioritising workloads.
Liasing / coordinating with relevant organisations and clients - Manufacturing Party's, Trade Marks, Company Secretary.
Working in a receptionist capacity to greet clients, customers and visitors.
Answering calls.
Supervising Staff & new Employees.
Implementing administrative procedures.
Skill Set Required:-
> Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
> In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite (WORD & EXCEL MUST).
> Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
> EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS.
> Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
> Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
> A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
> Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
