To receive patient, relatives, guest with smile and courtesy
To assist patient to settle down in a convenient place
To identify the details of the referral doctor
To contact the referral doctor if details are inadequate
To assist and complete registration( Patient Billing ) formalities
To know the patients need and to detail the procedure and cost of procedure
To guide the patient to the concerned department with care and to provide any assistance as per the patients need
To Coordinate and brief the concerned department about the patient
To give a realistic time to the patient, relatives on the dispatch of reports
To coordinate and take responsibility for the preparation and dispatch of reports on time
To identify the mode of payment
Careful handling of cash and maintaining the record of cash, credit and dues
Cash, bills, bill summary to be carefully handed over to the accounts department
To provide weekly, monthly reports to the concerned departments
To guide, arrange travel, accommodation facility to patients esp. for outstation patients
To answer phone calls within the shortest time
