Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of PA/ PD, Brokerage ReceivableWere looking for an accounting graduate with prior Collection and Cash Application experience. You should have expertise in Brokerage receivable accounting, cash application, collection, invoice processing specific to Brokerage.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.
- Review and reconcile bill file
- Identify any errors
- Determine which invoice(s) require correction and share with client
- Correct invoice(s) as approved by client
- Receive electronic billing requests
- Validate eligibility based upon established criteria
- Update system to enroll customer for electronic billing
- Electronic Invoic ing
- Knowledge of Cash Application process- Process Customer Payments, Electronic payments, Reconcile unapplied cash, Customer Refunds, Other Payment processing activities.
- Working Knowledge of Collection- Collect Past Due Accounts , Customer Dispute Management , Collections Litigation and Collection Agencies , Collection Accounting and Other Collection activities
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports
Minimum qualifications
- Relevant Brokerage Receivable Experience
- Knowledge of Brokerage receivable accounting, cash application, collection, invoice processing specific to Brokerage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Advanced MS-excel knowledge
- Excellent verbal communication, Interpersonal, Analytical Skills & highly proactive in approach
- B. Com, M.Com, CA (Inter)
