Job Description

Offrole ISP Engineer

BCA, Diploma, BE, B Tech from reputed university or equivalent

Should be familiar with DWDM Optical Communication
3 years of telecom experience in Supporting Core DWDM & IP equipment
Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing.
Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena
Sound understanding of Telecom technology & Services

Execution of commands as per the NOC & remote guidance
Basic remote troubleshooting or onsite technical activities such as, hardware replacement, coordination with NOC, Vendors & Service providers
Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management
1-2 years of work experience with System Integration & Managed Services, Quality Audit and AT
Having knowledge in areas of

DWDM

OLT, ONT

Routers, catalyst Switches

Preventive Maintenance of Site for active elements
Transport of Spares when replacement is required

Good Communication skills is must.

A good team player, Customer friendly
Willing to work for extended hours in case of critical event
