  • You will be the owner of the comprehensive ***@Si****s platform service (SAM: Software Asset Management) which provides the software that our businesses need for success
  • Your services form the fundament for proving compliant software use and to optimize the software costs for Siemens. It is you that enables Siemens units with an easy and fast access to software (licenses and services)
  • As a Service Professional, you are responsible for a range of topics in service management, operations and business consulting
  • You will manage and optimize the efficient and secure SAM service architecture and infrastructure with robust interfaces to all connected Siemens IT systems. You ll constantly supervise your licensing ecosystem, develop innovative solutions and roll them out
  • You will orchestrate the fulfillment of your business requirements by selected suppliers, service providers and various tools
  • Improve your services and talk about it! You will make sure that Siemens businesses will learn about your service offerings through various communication channels
  • With your expertise, you will enrich the dialog with the Siemens businesses to jointly discover new opportunities through software
You are exactly the right person for this position if you bring the following with you:
  • A Master s degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or related subjects proves your professional background
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar function with respective proven knowledge in IT software, cloud computing, Software Asset Management, and adjacent topics
  • You are passionate in your ownership for the business-critical IT Service which provides software licenses and software services to Siemens and its affiliated companies
  • We see your distinct soft skills: service orientation, teamwork, quality aspiration, change management
  • A growth mindset supports you to permanently adjust to the ever-changing challenges of the Siemens businesses and how software accelerates everything
  • You think in terms of targets, put customer value added first, and you like to work in an international team in a collaborative manner
  • Your business-fluent English enables you to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in an international environment
