Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FC's)
• Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
• Meeting prospective customers with FC's to sell insurance solutions
• Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
• Enabling FC's to use latest digital platforms

Candidate Requirement

• Education: Graduate
• Experience : Sales experience of 2+ years
• Age: Between 24 to 38 years
• One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go getter attitude
• One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets

CTC: 2.2L to 3.2L CTC per annum + Incentive based on sales performance + Opportunity to Travels to exciting locations Nationally and Internationally.
