Job Description
Responsible for achieving maximum sales target assigned thus ensuring profitability of Initial Public Offering (IPO) & Mutual Fund business at SMC.
Responsible for conducting job responsibilities related to payments of Initial Public Offering & fixed deposits, fixed deposit reconciliation, liaison with Registrars, Banks & Lead Managers and solving queries.
To engage in various marketing activities such as various FOS (feet on street) activities, stalls in malls, corporate, commercial areas, fete; to enhance sales.
To ensure maximum productivity per sales employee (max. productivity yield) by ensuring proper planning and mentoring in terms of sales target per employee ensuring maximum profit.
Responsible for ensuring timely payments related to Initial Public Offering (IPO), Fixed Deposit (FD), and Public funds & GB. Responsible to control whole Initial Public Offering, Fixed Deposit, Public funds & GB receiving (Upfront, Marketing incentive, Kitty).
Giving guidance to subordinates for making of billing Initial Public Offering, Fixed Deposit, PB Fixed Deposit Reconciliation and queries solving.
