Job Description

1. Control and manage all walkings at the branch

2. Understand the customer need and accordingly route to the right staff

3. In case the staff is occupied, have the customer seated and ensure they are made comfortable

4. Make the best use of the time and speak to the customers waiting and explain to them other products available.

5. Identify the need and upsell products such as Home loans, Personal loans, vehicle loans, insurance, etc.

6. Enter all leads in CBS and constant follow-up until closures
