Job Description

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Achieving the Sales Targets and expansion of distribution networks.

2. Regular Collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding.

3. Ensure to organize the logistics and timely distribution of Milk.

4. Conduct Market Intelligence & Identify the gaps in marketing.

5. Promote & extend the model Parlors business in the area of operation.

6. Monitoring, Controlling & Collecting the Crates on time.

7. Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.

8. Addressing customer complaints.

9. Implementation of ISO Standards and documentation.

  1. Achieving the Sales Targets and expansion of distribution networks:

a) Responsible for achieving the sales targets in the line with business requirement as per the schedule without any deviation.

b) Responsible to identify, appointment the new agents in the respective area of operation and ensure to expansion of distribution networks as per the business plan.

c) Responsible to avail channels for publicity about the products and develop promotion activities to maximize business targets.

  1. Regular Collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding:

a) Responsible for collection of sales realization against supplies on time-to-time and submit cash in accounts department.

b) Responsible for reconciliation of agents & distributors accounts and outstanding amounts on monthly basis in coordination with accounts team.

  1. Ensure to Organize the logistics & timely distribution of Milk :

a) Responsible for coordinate with the concern logistics team organize distribution vehicles on time.

b) Responsible for distribution of required quantity of Milk

c) in safe hygiene conditions within the schedule time without any delay.

:: 2 ::

  1. Conduct Market Intelligence & Identify the gaps in marketing:

a) Responsible for Identify & forecast the Sales & Marketing status of Competitors and their activities in respective area of Operations and provide the information to the concern Branch Incharge.

b) Responsible to identify the gaps in the Marketing Strategy and fulfilling the gaps in coordination with Branch Incharge.

  1. Promote & extend the model Parlors business in the area of operation:

a) Responsible for identify new agents and develop the parlors business in the allotted area of operation.

b) Responsible for deliver the products as per the indent on time.

  1. Monitoring, Controlling & Collecting the Crates on time:

a) Responsible for monitor & control on crates available for distribution of Milk on time and reconciliation of crates stocks on monthly basis.

b) Responsible for collect/recover the empty crates from the agents on timeto-time in safe condition.

  1. Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages:

a) Responsible for effective control over the leakages & damages from time to time to avoid transit losses of Milk.

b) Responsible to take necessary measures to minimize leakages & damages.

  1. Addressing customer complaints:

a) Responsible for addressing the agents problems & customer complaints on time in proper manner without any delay.

b) Responsible to record number complaints received and addressed in the prescribed format and submit to the concern Branch Incharge.

c) Responsible to collect/recover the empty crates from the agents on timeto-time in safe condition.

  1. Implementation of ISO Standards and documentation:

a) Responsible to follow and implementation of Food Safety Management Standards without any deviation.

b) Responsible to maintain & regular update the record as per the FSMS guidelines submit reports to the concern Branch Incharge from time to time.
