Roles and Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationship with the insurance managers and segment teams of the business partner.
• Interdepartmental Coordination Responsible for seamless coordination with other departments such as Claims, underwriting & Operations.
• Objection handling of the sales team of the business partner
• Conducting calls with the sales team of business associate at their channel
• Providing overall MIS to business partner teams
• Sales & Booking of all retail business
• Providing adequate support to Sales Officers and Associates and support them for business process & booking

• Graduation should be Full time.
