Job Description
Designation: Operation and Maintenance Engineer/ OSS
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Actively participate in all kinds of training according to the tasks assigned by the project leader, and complete the tasks within the planned time.
2) The quality of parts and finished products should be self-checked, and the abnormal quality and material should be reported to the project manager in time.
3) Industrial Automation background is mandatory, work in SPM, Precison machines.
4) Knowledge on RELAY, PLC, HMI and CYLINDERA operations
5) Actively participate in 7S and rectify audit problems in time.
6) Handle Automation SPM, Precision machines, electrical assembly, sensor operation, Solenoid coil, Machine Installation, Machine commissioning
7) Be honest and trustworthy, do not falsely report for attendance, do not disclose company secrets, and abide by company rules. Seek advice modestly, help each other, teamwork.
8) Should be flexible to work in shifts and in customer site.
9) Should be able to handle electrical, mechanical and software.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) College degree (B.E/Diploma with more experience) or above, major in Mechatronics, electrical, Mechanical or electronics with automation.
2) Skillful understanding of circuit drawings, wiring and assembly will be carried out according to the drawings. Skillful understanding of 2D and 3D plane drawings.
3) More than 2 years working experience in Automation SPM, Precision machines, electrical assembly, sensor operation, Solenoid coil, Machine Installation, Machine commissioning, skilled use of soldering iron, multi meter, number tube printer, label printer, calipers and so on.
4) Integrity, sense of responsibility, strong executive ability, team spirit.
5) The general skills of fitter or electrician or mechanic or above grade 3.
6) Must have experience in any Automation Project (Added Advantage).
7) PLC and Relay Programming knowledge is required.
