Job Description
We are looking for Freshers - 4 yrs IT Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Work Location - Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune
Roles and Responsibilities - A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like job portal, social media networks referrals etc.
- Candidate must have experience in Domestic Staffing
- Candidate must have experience in IT recruitment. Good to have experience in Automotive domain.
- Must have worked in C2H positions. Permanent hiring experience is a add-on.
- Understanding and analyzing the requirement of client for different levels.
- Candidate must be able to handle pressure and work as per the given target.
- Must have worked in Niche skills like ML, AI, Clouds etc.
- Must be flexible in working extended hours whenever required.
