Hi,

We are hiring for Procurement Ops Professional for Bangalore location, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing and placement of candidates.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for fulfilling the contingent staffing requirements liaison with registered partners.
• Understanding the criticality of all the staffing requirements and facilitates on time placement of IT and Non IT Skilled contractors / contingent workforces.
• Deep working experience in procurement of contingent workforce.
• Initial screening of profiles and matching candidates strengths with clients requirements by evaluating, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, coordinating and conducting interviews and on-boarding resources.
• Scheduling and attending meetings between various solution partners and service lines.
• Contemplating and proposing viable alternatives to critical and strategic staffing needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Three year College degree
• 3 - 5 years related experience
• At least three years of experience in staffing/recruiting, procurement, or sourcing.
• Strong client service skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure
• Staffing industry experience
