MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
ALM deployment:
o Train site key user
o Support key user on demand
ALM support:
o Manage training documentation
o Manage support documentation (methodologies, best practices, wiki)
o Lead key users network
o Follow-up incidents
o Lead acceptance and regression testing of solved tickets
ALM solution enhancement :
o Manage change requests: specifications, test plans, test reports
o Interact with IS&T during change process
o Prototype and develop new features
o Transfer knowledge to key users regarding new or modified functionalities
ALM performance follow-up:
o Measure solution deployment level
o Coordinate end users account regular review in relationship with key users
o Provide inputs for transverse processes update
o Provide savings figure to update continuously business case
