Job Description

Hiring for Team Leader (Fund Accounting)

• Relevant experience in Fund Accounting

Should have managed operations for international client and Handled team

Specific Duties:

• Assist with the training, coaching and development of staff.
• Promote excellent ongoing relationships with clients of the Company.
• Build effective relationships between individual team members.
• Motivate and empower trainee accountants by building their capabilities.
• Manage workloads to ensure that the Companys required minimum chargeability is maintained
• Communicate any issues of concern to the Manager
• Act as single point of contact for reconciliations team of 10-15 FTEs.
• Spearhead transformation and productivity initiatives in the domain with focus to add value to the customer

Push a culture of compliance and risk management in line with regulatory

Salary - Negotiable

Shifts- Night shifts

Working days - 5 days

Location - Hinjewadi, Pune
