Job Description

Responsible for Monthly Payroll of more than 800 Employees in SAP
Compliance Management (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, BONUS etc)
Disbursement of employee reimbursements, travel allowances, salary advances, loans
Leave Management, Attendance Management, Incentives Calculation, FNF Preparation, Monthly HR Report, Grievance Handling, addressing Employees Query, Day to Day Operating Activities.

Experience:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Payroll
Must have knowledge of SAP, Compliance, Excel
Looking for a male candidate

Note : Based on the performance the position will be confirmed
