Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business goals
- Gather and analyze data, identify relevant trends, do follow-up analysis and prepare visualizations
- Provide high quality analysis to support evidence-based decision making
- Proactively provide data-based insights and analyses that support leaders in making decisions that positively impact their business.
- Design reports, scorecards, dashboards and ad hoc analyses that deliver effective and actionable insights and KPIs.
- Present relevant data trends and analysis findings in clear, succinct reports to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of those trends on the business.
- Supports thorough investigation and data analysis through structured problem solving skills to understand various business drivers and factors affecting performance
- Develops intuitive and well-structured data analysis deck for senior management to drive insights and actions
- Implement processes and procedures to support, streamline and in some cases, automate analytics and measurement strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking to add to our talent pool Associate Process Manager Digital Analytics with 3+ years of experience. This role will be part of our Digital Analytics & Consulting team. The ideal candidate / Business Analyst will be responsible to deliver, support analytics services to clients. The role requires an open mind to assess & analyze clients business problems and to think critically. The individual may be required to execute any combination or all of the activities such as data exploration, stakeholder interviews, analyzing trends, mining insights, or optimizing business processes while working with big datasets. Working in the digital business group is a premier opportunity to develop a career in Business Analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate from STEM disciplines
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
- Experience in extracting, analyzing data & presenting business insights.
- Strong skills in MS Excel / MS PowerPoint
- Good to have Power BI (DAX) experience
- Strong English language skills, written and spoken

- Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills, grasping ability and logical reasoning
- Professionalism and courteous, maintain a high-level of integrity and confidentiality at all times
