We have urgent job opening for SALES - BM/Gold Appraiser / Gold Valuer , Customer Care Executive
Who can apply : Freshers & Experienced (BFSI)
CTC : upto Rs. 3,00,000/- (Fixed) + Incentives
Education : Graduation (any) - Mandatory
Locations : Agra/Aligarh/Hathras/Mathura/Moradabad/Bijnor/Dhampur/Nagina/Badaun/Bharatpur/Rampur/Swar
Job Description:
1. Gold Appraiser: (Minimum 1yr in Gold loan or Banking )
Role Type Sales & Operations (Outdoor Sales Marketing involved)
1. Identify quality & purity of Gold in ornament
2. Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies.
3. To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
4. Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.
2. Customer Care Executive : (Freshers can apply)
Role Type Sales & Operations (Outdoor Sales Marketing involved)
1. Interested to make their career in sales and marketing is eligible for this role (Field marketing). 2. Should be able to handle walk-in customers.
3. Should be able to acquire new customers through referencing.
4. Field Sales is mandatory
Experience: 0 to 2 years.
3. Branch Manager:
Role Type Sales & Operations (Outdoor Sales Marketing involved)
1. Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.
2. Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
3. Systematic planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for
developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
4. Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on
their performance
5. Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team
6. Preparing reports related to branch functioning and its performance.
7. Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
Experience: 5 to 10 years.
