Profile - noc engineer
Location - bangalore
Experience - for junior -2 to 4 years
For senior - 4.5 years to 9 years
Salary - upto 11 lac per annum
Job profile -
Junior noc engineer-
- At least 2 year of experience on firewall, switches, cisco routers and switches.
- Good knowledge of lan, wan and wi-fi technology
- Experience in ipSec, ssl vpn troubleshooting
- Experience in ill and mpls circuit troubleshooting and working with isp
- Knowledge of mpls and ip routing protocols
- 1+ years experience supporting a real-time 24x7 production online web environment.
- Work in 24x7 rotational shifts including weekends
- Monitor, configure and troubleshoot our production networks and office networks.
- Address all issues reported by our monitoring tools as per sop, generate incident ticket for same and
resolve the issue if required escalate the issue.
- Follow escalation process through issue completion, including providing documentation after resolution.
- Follow regular operations procedures and complete all assigned tasks during the shift.
For senior noc engineer
- At least 4 year of experience of configuration and troubleshooting on firewalls, routers, switches and load balancer.
- Experience in juniper srx firewall, juniper switches, aruba wifi controller, cisco routers and switches.
- Experience with circuit troubleshooting and working with isp
- Experience of cloud infrastructure like aws
- Good experience in ipsec, ssl vpn troubleshooting
- Knowledge of load balancers, mpls and ip routing protocols , Syslog
- Follow escalation process through issue completion, including providing documentation after resolution
- Maintain configuration, backups and inventory documents, network diagram, escalation matrix.
