Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling the entire recruitment process
• Screening candidates and conducting interviews.
• Hiring candidates and responsible for on-boarding formalities.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Coordinating with candidates through phone and mail till the on-boarding with the company.
• Ideating, coordinating & executing employee engagement initiatives
• Manage employees grievances.
• Coordinating for the events (birthdays, festive celebrations, fun activities etc)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have minimum 1 Year of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with various Job Portals (eg. LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. and strong decision-making skills.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Looking for immediate joiners
