Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Minimum Qualification - Graduation (except B.Tech - Civil, Mehanical, B.pharma and LLB).
1-2 years Experienced candidates can apply.
Fluent Spoken English Communication skills is required.
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Candidate must be fully vaccinated and comfortable for WFO.
