We have openings for Support executives -
Work location: Pallikaranai, opp to Kamatchi Hospital - FAYOLA Towers ; 5th floor Hexaware chennai
Total Openings: 250 +
- Role: Non voice Support (Backend Operations)
- Eligibility : Both Freshers & Experience candidates can apply
- Qualification: HSC passed / Any graduate (Arrears can be considered )
Nature of The Job
- Email Support
- Scope: Email handling in English language only, Typing speed 35 WPM with 90% accuracy .
Skills Required:
- Freshers with strong customer focus.
- Basic knowledge of computers- MS Office
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Should be flexible for Rotational day shifts.
- Flexible to work in any shifts round the clock /6 days.
- Any customer service experience/ BPO experience.
Requirement details:
- 0 to 3 Years of experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should have good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)
- Preferably Immediate joiners.
- Transport : Drop will be provided for late evening logouts
Soft Skills: Good written communication skills in English

Salary breakup details :
- Fresher : 14,416 INR CTC Per month ; 12000 Take home
- Experience : 18,083 INR CTC Per month : 14700 Take home
Note: Applicant currently in Chennai are preferred / Out of station applicants can be considered if ready to relocate immediately
