Townhall (www.townhall.co), a hybrid-native intelligent events technology platform for the global market, is looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Leader & Cofounder. Townhall is backed by BookMyShow and other marquee investors. The leadership team is on a mission to build Townhall into a unicorn company in the next few years! We are looking for someone that

  • Is a sales leader (sales, partnerships etc.) in a B2B SaaS company serving the global market.
  • Knows how to build great B2B SaaS sales teams and processes.
  • Loves understanding customer jobs to be done and selling solutions to them rather than pin-point products.
  • Loves setting revenue targets and beating them.
  • Knows there are only a few $100B+ markets in the world and get excited about leading the sales function in a fast growing startup in one such market.
  • Has 8+ Years of in a B2B SaaS Sales function, preferably including experience in a startup
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Is familiar with diverse business functions such as sales, support, marketing, PR, finance etc.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Enjoy working in a startup environment with young & driven people.

At Townhall, the leadership team is a group of proven entrepreneurs that built India market focused events ticketing technology product, Townscript, previously. They served 52000 events over the last 5 years with an amazing 50% YoY growth rate. The Sales Leader & Cofounder will lead their global GTM function, directly reporting to the CEO, as they foray into the global market.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Build & lead an A rate B2B SaaS sales team
  • Build a world class B2B SaaS sales process
  • Hold global revenue responsibility
  • Translating the high level business development goals into team wise execution plans
  • Develop sales strategies that aligns with short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Define and Monitor Key Metrics and KPIs to assess teams performance
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

Location: Hyderabad is preferable but not a bar for the right candidate. A lot of travel/work time to be in the US


Compensation: No bar for the right candidate + generous ESOPS/Stocks
